About Us

Age at Home is unique woman owned agency with an amazing culture. Our employees and clients regularly remark about our teams warm and friendly approach. We take the time to get to know all of our employees and clients on a personal level. Sending thank you notes, special acknowledgements & birthday cards are a part of our weekly routine. You will never be lost in the large agency maze with Age at Home!

Our employees are the face of Age at Home. They are handpicked, carefully screened, trained, bonded, insured and supervised. All of our caregivers are caring, courteous in nature, committed to care and eager to help. We have a robust training program which includes online classes and in person training done by our Mentor. Our Mentor  also trains the employee specifically to the client’s needs, careplan and expectations. An introduction is set up with the Mentor, caregiver and client during the first visit for everyone's comfort and smooth transition.

We are aware you have choices and if you do decide to choose us for our services or employment, we are committed to keeping your trust through excellent service.

'I’ve had great experiences with clients I’ve cared for. Every time I am in a person’s home, I apply the care and consideration that I would expect for my own beloved parents/grandparents and I believe that allows me to do my best in many different situations. When I compare this job to past caregiving jobs I’ve had, the biggest difference is that now, I can honestly say that the administration at Age At Home is top notch and they are accommodating to staff wants and needs. Not only are they professional, they are friendly, follow their mission, and I have always felt supported. My mental wellness has improved greatly since becoming an Age At Home employee and I am very thankful!'
