Erika Sanderson, Administrator

Hello, my name is Erika. I am the Administrator for Age at Home. I have been part of this amazing team since March of 2018. I have personally never taken the role of a caregiver professionally, but I am a Momma to my favorite human, my son Jaden. I love working for Age at Home because of the culture. Their values align with mine and it is so important to me that they really care about and support their employees. Laurel and Age at Home strive to make a difference in someone’s life whether it’s the client, the caregiver or the community, which I admire. When I am not handing out paychecks or keeping the office running smoothly, you can find me on adventures with my family. I love being outside and making memories. It’s all about the experiences. I also have a deep love for crafting, music, the lake and party planning. Click here to contact me if you'd like to learn more about Age at Home!

Dejay Harris, Client Liaison

I became a caregiver for Age at Home in 2019. In 2022 I was moved into a new role of Client Liaison. As Client Liaison, I meet with clients on a 6 month basis to review and update their current care plans. I love meeting new people and getting to know all of our clients and caregivers. I also love our office team and being part of such a great group of professionals. My personal life is kept quite full raising 4 young men, helping with church activities and home renovation of my 1900 built home. I enjoy riding my scooter or putting the top down on the convertible on every warm and sunny day. I am so grateful to be a member of the Age at Home team. I look forward to meeting, working with and helping current, new and potential clients to receive the service and care they deserve to make life enjoyable.

Marie Bucciano, Recruiter

I joined the Age at Home family in 2020 as Scheduling Coordinator. In 2023, I switched roles and I am now enjoying recruiting new Caregivers to join our team. I was born and raised in New Hampshire, and I currently live in Concord with “my little family,” as I like to refer to my beau and my cat. When I’m not sharing with potential new hires all the reasons Age at Home is an amazing place to work, you can find me practicing yoga, paddleboarding, fishing, or relaxing on the beach. In the winter, I prefer to curl up with a good book or watch football, but I can sometimes be convinced to bundle up and go snow shoeing or cross-country skiing. If you are a Caregiver (or would like to become one!) and would  like to learn more about Age at Home’s unique culture and how we might be a good fit for you, click here to contact me - I would love to chat with you!

Laurel Trahan, CMC & President

I started Age at Home in September of 2010. After years of experience providing care management, running a homecare agency and being a caregiver myself, I saw the need to open a local agency that focused on providing exceptional customer service experience for both clients and employees. I began as a one-woman team and added on employees as the needs grew. Age at Home has grown tremendously over the last decade which couldn’t have been done without the help of our outstanding employees. Our mission and vision guide us in all of our daily actions. Outside of Age at Home I am an active member of The Rotary Club of Concord, volunteer at the Friendly Kitchen, Ambassador for the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and a team leader for the Concord Hospital Payson Center’s annual Rock- N- Race. In my downtime, during the summer, you can find me boating on Lake Champlain with my husband and dog, Phoebe, our Border Terrier. Winters I’m out enjoying snowmobiling, skiing and snowshoeing.

‘I started working for Age at Home because I wanted to use my skills as a caregiver in the home setting. I am given free flexibility to work the hours I want and always feel supported with any concerns that may arise.’
