Our Team

Debbie Andersson
Debbie Andersson, CMC, Director of Operations
Director of Operations since 2014, Debbie works to ensure Age at Home’s mission statement is weaved into the day to day running of the agency.   Fueled by coffee, her goal is to provide person centered, nonjudgmental thinking to each situation. Her passion is finding options where there are none.  Outside of the office Debbie focuses her attention on transforming her yard and time with her family, two legged and four legged.  Debbie holds a B.S. in Education and Training, has been a Licensed Nursing Assistant since 2003 and is a Certified Care Manager since 2019.
Erika Sanderson
Erika Sanderson, Administrator
Hello, my name is Erika. I am the Administrator for Age at Home. I have been part of this amazing team since March of 2018. I have personally never taken the role of a caregiver professionally, but I am a Momma to my favorite human, my son Jaden. I love working for Age at Home because of the culture. Their values align with mine and it is so important to me that they really care about and support their employees. Laurel and Age at Home strive to make a difference in someone’s life whether it’s the client, the caregiver or the community, which I admire. When I am not hiring our rockstar caregivers, handing out paychecks or keeping the office running smoothly, you can find me on adventures with my family. I love being outside and making memories. It’s all about the experiences. I also have a deep love for crafting, music, the lake and party planning. Contact me if you want to be part of this team of Superheroes!
Marie Bucciano
Marie Bucciano, Scheduling Coordinator
I joined Age at Home in June 2020 as the Scheduling Coordinator, and there is no place I’d rather be!  I was born and raised in New Hampshire, and I currently live in Concord with “my little family,” as I like to refer to my beau and my cat.  When I’m not keeping busy in the Age at Home office putting together Caregiver schedules for our clients, you can find me practicing yoga, paddleboarding, fishing, or relaxing on the beach. In the winter, I prefer to curl up with a good book or watch football, but I can sometimes be convinced to bundle up and go snow shoeing or ice fishing. When you call Age at Home, you will usually get me on the other end of the phone. I’ve been told I’m a good listener and that my smile can be heard in my voice. I love talking with all of our caregivers, as well as our clients and their families, whether it’s an opportunity to help, or just a quick call to say hello.
Laurel Trahan
Laurel Trahan, CMC President
I started Age at Home in September of 2010. After years of experience providing care management, running a homecare agency and being a caregiver myself, I saw the need to open a local agency that focused on providing exceptional customer service experience for both clients and employees. I began as a one-woman team and added on employees as the needs grew. Age at Home has grown tremendously over the last decade which couldn’t have been done without the help of our outstanding employees. Our mission and vision guide us in all of our daily actions. Outside of Age at Home I am an active member of The Rotary Club of Concord, volunteer at the Friendly Kitchen, Ambassador for the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and a team leader for the Concord Hospital Payson Center’s annual Rock- N- Race. In my downtime, during the summer, you can find me boating on Lake Champlain with my husband and dog, Phoebe, our Border Terrier. Winters I’m out enjoying snowmobiling, skiing and snowshoeing.
