You choose your own hours! Let us know your ideal schedule, and we will do our best to match you with clients in need of a Caregiver during those times.
You choose your clients! Not feeling it? No problem! Everyone is different, and not every client will be a good fit. There are always other clients who you may enjoy working with more!
We don't just "throw you to the wolves!" You will have mentor support from day one. Your Mentor will make sure you are fully prepared and trained for each of your clients' specific needs, and that you're comfortable with your clients and what is expected of you. If you are having trouble with one of your clients and need guidance on how to handle it, your Mentor is always there to offer advice.
We encourage you to take time off! In order to care for others, you need to first take care of yourself. We don't want our Caregivers to get burned out!

Are you an LNA? We have an RN on staff who does regular supervisions to help with your continued certification!
